SAUNDERS, Judge *1063Defendant, Derrick Walker Stafford, was indicted on December 10, 2015, for second degree murder, a violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1, and attempted second degree murder, violations of La.R.S. 14:27 and 14:30.1. On January 5, 2016, Defendant filed a "Motion for Bill of Particulars." On February 3, 2016, the State filed a "State's Memorandum in Opposition to the Defense Motion for Bill of Particulars."
