— In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Murphy, J.), dated November 25, 1987, as, upon reargument, adhered to its prior order dated July 2, 1987, granting the defendants’ cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, the order dated July 2, 1987 is vacated, the cross motion is denied, the complaint is reinstated and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, for…
