This case arises from plaintiff Jayrie Rivera-Concepción’s (“Jayrie”) expulsion in January 2007 from the Córdova and Fernós Congressional Internship Program (“Program”) subsequent to her sudden manifestation of a previously-undiagnosed bipolar disorder. (See Docket No. 10-3).
