At issue in this case is whether prior rulings rendered by a New York State Supreme Court in divorce proceedings between Appellant Michael Urfirer and his wife, Leslie Cornfeld, collaterally estop Urfirer from now bringing fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims against his wife’s father and brother, Appellees Robert and Jeffrey Cornfeld, in federal district court in the Southern District of Florida.
