SHEPHERD, Circuit Judge.

Jeanette Jackson appeals the district court’s 1 adverse grant of summary judgment in her employment discrimination ac tion against United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e. We affirm.
