CLARK, Judge.

This appeal is from an adverse judgment entered on a jury verdict for respondent doctor in a second trial of appellant’s suit for damages. In the first trial, which also included as defendants the Baptist Medical Center and Dr. Capps, the court directed a verdict for all defendants. On appeal, 1 this court remanded for a new trial against respondent only, holding that plaintiffs evidence was sufficient to withstand a motion for directed verdict. The judgment for respondent is affirmed.
