OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed, without costs.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of one count each of first degree unlawful dealing with a child, first degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. In anticipation of his release from prison, the Board of Examiners of Sex Offenders (Board) filed a Risk Assessment Instrument (RAI) that assessed defendant 125 points—a presumptive level three sex offender classification.
