The State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, an Illinois corporation, qualified to do, and doing the business of writing and entering into contracts of casualty insurance covering automobiles, sues and prays for a declaratory judgment wherein would be declared and determined the rights, liabilities, and legal relations between it and certain defendants, under a policy of automobile insur*459anee, in connection with an automobile accident causing death, as follows: On or about the 17th day of November, 1940, the car, “being operated with the permission and consent…
