Thomas Gill, a minor, by Austin Gill, his next friend, brought an action on the case in the superior court of Cook county against the Boston Store of Chicago, Inc., for personal injuries sustained by being run over by a delivery truck and recovered a judgment for $2000, from which the defendant has appealed to this court on the ground that by the court’s construction of the provisions of section 2 of the Child Labor act of 1921, in connection with section 2 of article 2 and section 22 of article 4 of the constitution of Illinois, and section 1 of article 14 of the amendments to the Federal…
