This cause brings before this court on writ of error the decree of the circuit court of Logan county finding that the complainant, defendant in error, at the time of the filing of the bill of complaint, was living separate and apart from her husband, plaintiff in error, without fault on her part and directing the payment of the sum of $10 a month for her maintenance. Defendant in error filed her bill for separate maintenance August 7, 1929, she being then 18 years of age, against plaintiff in error, who was then 19 years of age.
