Pending before the Court is Defendant HVPH Motor Corporation d/b/a Lexus de San Juan’s (“Defendant” or “Lexus”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Dockets ## 34, 26 & 37), and Plaintiff Marta Maldonado-Ortiz’s (“Plaintiff’) opposition thereto (Dockets ## 55 & 56).
