In this cause, on April 30, 1928, his Honor, Circuit Judge Mauldin, presiding in the Court of Common Pleas for Williamsburg County, at the instance of the defendant, made an order requiring plaintiff tO' amend his complaint in certain particulars, and to serve a copy of such amended complaint on the attorneys for the defendant within twenty days from the date of the order.
