The appellant and plaintiff below, J. H. Ewing, and the appellee and defendant below, Anna H. Clore, each owned a tract of land within Jefferson county. Between their respective tracts was another one containing 97 acres and owned by Mrs. Jane B. Sheets. Defendant purchased the Sheets land and it was conveyed to her by deed on September 8, 19'25. The price paid by her was $160.00 per aere, part cash and part on time. After that deed was executed and delivered to defendant, plaintiff filed this equity action against her and her husband in the…
