Affirming.

Tire appellee, J. Watt Stovall, brought this action against the appellant, Ellis Stewart, in the court below to enforce the terms of a contract of partnership, alleged in the petition to have been entered into by them in the year 1918, and, particularly, to compel of the appellant the conveyance by proper deed to appellee of an undivided half of a 19|2% acre tract of land in Carter county purchased by him, as also alleged, for the partnership, and which, as further alleged, he, without appellee’s knowledge or consent and in violation of the terms…
