Defendant appeals from a judgment and foreclosure deeree in plaintiff’s favor upon two promissory notes and two mortgages on real estate in Silver Bow county, Montana.

As the two causes of action are alike except as to the amounts of the notes, the property covered by the mortgages, and the record references, we shall describe only the first cause of action.
