MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BRAMLETTE, District Judge.
This cause is before the Court on the plaintiffs’ motion to remand (docket entry no. 6), and on the defendant Metropolitan Life Insurance Company’s motion to sup plement its opposition to the plaintiffs’ motion (docket entry no. 17). Having carefully reviewed the motions, responses, and memoranda of the parties, as well as the applicable law, the Court finds as follows:
