The plaintiff files this bill for the specific performance of a written contract entered into November 18, 1912, by which plaintiff leased the first floor ot store and living rooms and the middle part of the barn of the premises situated at No. 1086 Chene street, corner of Frederick, in the city of Detroit, for a term of three years, with the privilege of buying said premises within the term at the sum of $7,000.
