On May 17, 1918, appellant was appointed guardian of tbe property of Taro Soga, Chizui Soga and Yachiyo Soga, minors. On September 2, 1921, for tbe first time since bis appointment, tbe guardian filed bis accounts as guardian, wbicb accounts were referred by tbe circuit judge to a master for examination.
