PERRY, J.

A. Rosa was, on May 4, 1880, appointed guardian of tbe estate of James Hoare, a minor. Tbe first annual account was filed by bim on July 15, 1881. He died in September, 1898, without 'having rendered any other account of his administration of the trust. After motion therefor, the executor of the will *444of the deceased guardian filed, in 1901, an account of receipts and expenditures purporting to cover the period from July, 1881.
