OPINION AND ORDER

LEISURE, District Judge:

In this case, plaintiff Richard Rosenthal, an attorney, seeks to enforce the terms of an alleged contract for legal services. Plaintiff claims that from 1976 to 1981, he acted as lawyer and business consultant to defendant Philip Kingsley, a British citizen, in connection with the establishment of defendant’s hair care business in the United States.
