Plaintiffs, Victoria S. Martinez and Jay C. Tonne, when they were students at Centennial High School in Pueblo, commenced this action against the defendants, School District No. 60, its board of education, and certain employees of the district, seeking injunctive and legal relief pursuant to C.R.C.P. 106(a)(4) and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1982). After an evidentiary hearing, the trial court denied plaintiffs’ requested preliminary injunction.
