Opinion

ROTH, Judge:

€ 1 Richard Shan Poole appeals the district court's order of restitution, arguing that the court lacked jurisdiction to enter it. We vacate the restitution order. }

BACKGROUND

12 Poole pleaded guilty to criminal mischief after he "drove his friend to a Rio Tinto location" so the friend could break in and "cause[ ] several thousands [of dollars] worth of damage to [Rio Tinto's] property." As part of the plea agreement, Poole agreed to "joint and several Hability for restitution."…
