STROUD, Judge.

*701 Plaintiff Kimberly G. Raymond ("Wife") appeals from the trial court's orders granting summary judgment, a declaratory judgment, and attorney fees to Defendant Charles G. Raymond ("Husband"). These orders are based upon the trial court's conclusion that the parties had entered an enforceable separation agreement and property settlement agreement. Because the same version of the agreement was never signed and acknowledged by both parties, as required by N.C. Gen. Stat. § 52-10.1 , the trial court erred in concluding that the agreement is enforceable, and we reverse both orders…
