This appeal involves a disciplinary proceeding against a Memphis lawyer whose practice focuses on immigration law. Following a hearing, one of the Board of Professional Responsibility’s hearing panels unanimously determined that the lawyer should be suspended from the practice of law for one year and should be required to make restitution to three clients.
