Omitting unimportant details, the case is this: Daniel Mathews died many years ago, leaving a will whereby he directed the ultimate division of his estate among his several children, subject first to the discharge of certain trusts. The present suit in equity was brought in the year 1914 by William H. Mathews, one of the children, to obtain a partition of the real estate passing under the will.
