MEMORANDUM
BAYLSON, District Judge.
The principal issue presented in this multidistrict patent infringement litigation is whether these proceedings should be stayed pending a reexamination of the patent in suit by the Patent and Trademark Office (“PTO”). Before deciding whether to grant such a stay, the Court believes it is relevant to consider what impact the results of the reexamination may have on the pending litigation.
