In an action to recover damages for breach of a separation agreement, the defendant wife appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Underwood, J.), entered April 23, 1996, as, after a nonjury trial, was in favor of the plaintiff husband and against her in the principal sum of $132,288.53.

Ordered that the judgment is modified by deleting the provision thereof awarding the plaintiff husband the principal sum of $132,288.53; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs to the respondent, and the matter is…
