Bryce Nafziger appeals from the trial court's award of attorney fees in favor of William E. McIntosh, Jr., and Helen McIntosh. Nafziger contends that the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction over the action and that the trial court's award of attorney fees lacked a proper equitable basis. We affirm.
