Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J.), rendered January 3, 2008, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of grand larceny in the third degree.

Defendant waived indictment, pleaded guilty to a superior court information charging him with grand larceny in the third degree and was sentenced as a second felony offender to a prison term of 3 to 6 years.
