Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Columbia County (Nichols, J.), rendered March 20, 2007, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the third degree.

Defendant confessed to stealing property from a home in the Town of Stockport, Columbia County on several occasions in September 2006. He pleaded guilty to burglary in the third degree and violating the terms of his probation and, as part of the plea bargain, agreed to pay restitution.
