CHAPMAN, Justice.

Appellant, Pan American Insurance Company, filed suit against Johnny Earl Claunch and others seeking a declaratory judgment judicially determining that its insurance policy issued to Claunch provided no coverage for an accident occurring subsequent to the date of the issuance of the subject policy. The case was tried to a jury and a verdict instructed against the insurance company at the close of the testimony.
