BALTZELL, District Judge.
The appellee is an Illinois corporation, organized for the purpose of promoting the game of golf, and other outdoor sports. By-laws were adopted by it which have been in full force and effect at all times since its incorporation. There is a certain class of membership known as the “transferable resident membership,” the holders of which, under the provisions of the bylaws, were entitled to an individual interest in the property of appellee in the same ratio as the membership bore to the total membership.
