Cantrell-Waind & Associates, Inc., has appealed from a summary judgment entered for appellee Guil-laume Motorsports, Inc., in its action to recover a real-estate brokerage commission. Because we agree with appellant that the circuit judge erred in his interpretation of the applicable law and because genuine issues of material fact remain to be tried, we reverse and remand.
