On October 22, 1974 this case was tried before the Court without a jury. Pursuant to an agreement of record, the case was submitted on the evidence adduced at trial plus the various depositions and stipulations filed herein. The parties have submitted proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in accordance with directions made at trial.
