Plaintiff, Garland L. Sheff, brought this action under the Administrative Review Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 110, par. 3 — 101 et seq.) Plaintiff sought review of the decision of the Illinois Department of Labor, Board of Review, which found that he was not qualified for unemployment benefits because his employer, Martin’s Super Foods, had discharged him for misconduct connected with his work.
