Overruling motion to reinstate injunction.

New Haven, in Nelson county, is a city of the sixth class. An election was held in said town on November 3, T914, upon the question of authorizing the hoard of trustees to create an indebtedness of $4,500.00, and to issue bonds therefor, for the purpose of building a system of electric lights for the town. Sixty-four votes were cast in favor of the bond issue and thirty-two votes were cast against it.
