MURRAY, Justice.

This is a workman’s compensation case, in which Richard Hearks, an employee of the Lummus Company, won an award for the specific injury of loss of vision of his right eye against Maryland Casualty Company, the insurance carrier. Hearks was 62 years old at the time of the trial, and' was employed on a construction job to clean up the premises and carry away chips and scraps of lumber where carpenters were working.
