Plaintiff brought this action pursuant to Section 405(g), Title 42, United States Code, for judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare, denying to *2plaintiff primary insurance benefits under the Social Security Act, Title 42, United States Code, Section 402(a).
