The action was one for damages sustained by the occupant of an automobile driven by another, when the automobile collided with a truck belonging to defendant, which defendant’s driver left standing on a public highway in the nighttime without *415exhibiting a red light visible at the rear end, as required by statute. Plaintiff recovered, and defendant appeals.
