This is a motion to punish the judgment debtor as and for a contempt of court in disobeying an order made by one of the justices of this court requiring him to appear for examination concerning his property in proceedings supplementary to execution. On the 16th day of November, 1908, an order was obtained in this proceeding, after the return of an execution unsatisfied, signed by Mr. Justice Green, requiring the judgment debtor to attend before one of the justices of this court on a day certain mentioned in the order.
