MEMORANDUM OPINION

DENNIS MICHAEL LYNN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the court is the Tier TV Objection to Proof of Claim Filed by Kern River Gas Transmission Company (the “Objection”). Kern River Gas Transmission Company (“Kern River”) timely filed proof of claim number 7573, later amended by proof of claim number 8121 (the “Claim”). Debtors filed the Objection to the Claim asserting that the Claim was filed for an excessive amount.
