The issues which grow out of the facts set forth, in this immense record, which, contains about four thousand typewritten pages, with, briefs and many maps in addition thereto, may be separated into two classes, those which relate to the determination of the question of whether the appellant, the plaintiffs below, have shown a prima facie record title to the land upon which the trespasses alleged in the petition were committed, and those which if it be conceded that the plaintiffs show a prima facie record…
