This judicial discipline case is before the court on mandatory direct and de novo review of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation of the Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disability (Commission).1 The Commission issued a complaint and notice of institution of formal proceedings against Ronald D.
