Appeals (1) from two judgments of the Supreme Court (Hughes, J.), entered February 4, 1999 and April 19, 1999 in Albany County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of defendants, and (2) from an order of said court, entered May 17, 1999 in Albany County, which denied plaintiffs motion to set aside the verdict.
