BLATCHFORD, District Judge.
This is a libel for salvage, filed by William H. Good-speed, owner, and George W. Ward, master, of the steamer Charles W. Lord, on behalf of themselves and of the crew of the Charles W. Lord, against the screw steamer Saragossa, her tackle, &c„ and her cargo and freight money. The Saragossa was on her way from Charleston to New York. The Charles W.
