Respondent instituted this action for the collection of a promissory note in the face amount of $1,021.92, executed by appellant to “Parma Elevator,” and alleged that respondent was doing business at Parma, Idaho, under the name of “Parma Elevator.” Appellant's demurrer, considered more fully hereafter, was overruled and appellant ajiswered.
