— The demurrers to the pleas in abatement were properly sustained. A suit against a corporation, foreign or domestic, may be maintained, when in its nature the cause of action is transitory, founded upon a matter or transac*496tion which might have taken place anywhere, in any county in which the corporation transacts business by agents, without regard to its proprietorship of real estate, or its principal place of business. — Sess.
