Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Tail-leur, J.), entered June 15, 2015 in Greene County, upon a decision of the court in favor of plaintiff.
Plaintiff is the owner of a gas station and, in 2006, entered into a motor fuel supply agreement with defendant’s predecessor-in-interest.
