Plaintiffs Carole MacDonald, Marilyn Salisbury, John Golisz, Richard Takac, Juanita Cluffer-Washington, and Hexin McPhee bring this action against Defendant Unisys Corporation (“Unisys”) for violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
