We find no reversible error in the rulings of the trial court on the pleadings and evidence. The defendant company is a corporation chartered for and doing a general merchandise and warehouse business. Its “general manager” was one Shaffer, who W,as actively and ostensibly at the head of the business under the authority of the board of directors.
